The court dismissed his plea for regular bail, saying it cannot be granted at this stage.
The investigation is led by Crime Branch ADGP S Sreejith, Crime Branch SP M J Sojan and inquiry officer in the actress attack case Baiju M Paulose.
Crime Branch ADGP S Sreejith headed the interrogation at the Police Club, Aluva. The main goal of the interrogation was to find out if Dileep was in possession of the visuals of the crime.
Upon Dileep's request, the questioning has been moved from Thursday to next Monday.
The court also noted that, Saisankar was presently being summoned as a witness for questioning in the case and therefore, he 'appeared to be jumping the gun' by moving the plea for anticipatory bail.
There is evidence that Dileep's lawyer had spoken to Sai Shankar constantly over the phone during these days.
Sai Shankar is accused of taking Rs 45 lakh from a Kozhikode-native after promising him cheap electronic goods.
The cyber expert, Sai Shankar, was called to Kochi to 'shred' some data on Dileep's phone and he supposedly did not take any payment for it.
Sagar said in his petition that he received notice many times, asking him to appear before the police.
Dileep has contended in the court that the Crime Branch has levelled false and fabricated allegations of destruction of evidence against him and others.
