Sreesanth said that he will request BCCI president Sourav Ganguly to grant him permission to play league matches in two places.
"Genuinely feel Eoin Morgan should lead the side, surely not DK. World Cup-winning captain should surely lead IPL side," Sreesanth tweeted after KKR suffered an 18-run defeat to Delhi Capitals on Saturday night.
The mercurial fast bowler's suspension is set to end soon.
With his seven-year ban from cricket for an alleged spot-fixing incident in 2013 having come to an end, Sreesanth made his intentions clear in Kochi on Monday.
The 37-year-old has already made it clear that he intends to resume at least his domestic career at the end of the ban and his home state Kerala has promised to consider him if he manages to prove his fitness.
KCA Royals, KCA Tigers, KCA Tuskers, KCA Eagles, KCA Panthers and KCA Lions are the six teams in the fray.
The 37-year-old's seven-year ban for his alleged involvement in the 2013 IPL spot-fixing scam ended on September 13.
Sreesanth, who was part of the Indian squad which won the ICC World T20 in 2007 and the ICC World Cup in 2011 under Dhoni, was all praise for his former captain.
The former cricketer was banned for life for his alleged involvement in spot-fixing during 2013 Indian Premier League.
Sreesanth claimed he had to confess his involvement in the alleged crime as police tortured him in custody and threatened to implicate his family in the case.
