Renault LodgyThe all-new Renault Lodgy MPV is available only in diesel fuel trim with a starting price of Rs 9.51 lakh. The higher variant priced at Rs 13.37 lakh comes equipped with modern features and offers a pleasant ride coupled with enhanced pickup and interior space. It has a pair of captain seats in the second row while three adults can sit comfortably on the spacious third-row seats that have plenty of legroom. A Japanese MPV with similar features will cost you double the amount!
Maximum comfort
Renault LodgyThe Renault Lodgy epitomizes the essence of the word ‘comfort’ as it is designed to provide maximum comfort to its occupants. The vehicle appears to be strong and stylish and offers all the features that come with luxury MPVs.
The manufactures promise an impressive mileage of 21.04 km/l which makes the Lodgy more fuel efficient than many of its competitors. The spacious and comfortable interiors is identical to those found in bigger MPVs. It provides a cosy space for seven, or even eight, passengers. It has ample luggage space and air-conditioning vents for all three rows.
Elegant Stepway
Renault LodgySince the Renault Lodgy is basically a car manufactured to suit the European taste, majestic grandeur and elegance can be felt in each and every component.
The new Lodgy Stepway gets a bunch of premium embellishments and is equipped with as many as sixteen enhancements. The distinctive jewel-studded front grille and the chrome-finish skid plate stand out. 16-inch alloy wheels, exquisitely-crafted roof rails and eye-catching Stepway body graphics contribute to the vehicle’s substantial and premium feel.
It is offered in six color options - pearl white, moonlight silver, planet grey, royal orchid, slate grey and fiery red. The last two color variants are new additions.

Stylish interiors
Renault LodgyThe seats get duel premium leather-blended upholstery. The three rows allow as many as fifty-six seat configurations. The seats in the last row could be folded away neatly to have more luggage area. More cabin space can be made available with 60:40 split of the second row seats. The vehicle comes with an original boot space of 207 liters, but it can be further expanded up to 1861 liters by rearranging the seats.
Safety aspects
Renault has packed in a whole bunch of safety features of European standards in the new Lodgy Stepway. All variants get airbags for driver and front-seat occupant, apart from anti-lock braking system (ABS), adaptive cruise control, electronic brake distribution and brake assist.
Better drivability, comfort
The 1.5-liter diesel engine has two variants - 85PS and 110PS. The high-riding seating position will give the passengers an SUV-like feel. Frequent gear changing is not necessary. Switches and dials are nothing like those found in regular sedans. Unlike most of the other high-floor vehicles, the Lodgy feels very planted and does not sway side to side at higher speeds.
The Lodgy Stepway, which offers richer features and better drivability and comfort than many of its competitors, can be used as a personal car or as a premium taxi.
