Historic print, visual media visuals highlight of MASCOM Day exhibition

Kottayam: The much-awaited MASCOM Day photo exhibition organised by Manorama School of Communication will showcase some iconic visuals from the print and visual media.

The exhibition, conducted as part of MASCOM’s 20th anniversary celebrations, will be held on 12 July at its campus in Erayilkadavu in Kottayam.

The entry would be free to the exhibition that opens at 10 am and closes at 4 pm.

The pictures and news articles from the ongoing Ukraine war would be the highlights from the print section. Besides, the various editions of Malayala Manorama, Manorama group publications and the copies of ‘Jalakam’ and ‘Fourth Estate’, the training newspapers of the students at MASCOM, too would be exhibited.

A special corner would be arranged in honour of late senior journalist and former instructor A Sahadevan. Moreover, news anchoring and radio guest contests too have been arranged for those who attend the exhibition.
