'Shikkari Shambhu' in hit chart after making a slow entry The Kunchacko Boban-starrer, after making a slow start, had to exit the theaters to make way for new releases.

A small movie, which came silently without creating much hullabaloo, has rightfully earned a position in the list of superhit movies this year.

Among the 40 movies released so far in 2018, there are hardly 5 movies which could be termed a box office success.

Kunchacko Boban-starrer Shikkari Shambhu, after making a slow start, had to leave the theatres to make way for new releases.

However, this movie has made its way back to the same theatres to register a stunning success. Even after two-and-a-half months of its release, Shikkari Shanmhu still runs in around10 ‘A’-class and 30 ‘B’-class cinema halls across Kerala.

The movie directed by Sugeeth received positive reviews from all corners and was widely appreciated for it genuine humour. “I am extremely happy about this movie’s success. The incredible success of the movie proves that if we approach cinema honestly, then the audience is going to give back good results,” said Kunchacko Boban.

“The fact that this movie came back to the same theaters where it had to make way for other releases just highlights the quality of the film. Like my all other movies, this one too came out without many hype. Yet the audience granted us incredible success. I am grateful for your love and support,” said an elated Kunchacko Boban about Shikkari Shambhu’s success.
