For actress Anu Sitara, an ardent fan of megastar Mammootty, acting with him was a dream come true offer.
The diva who impressed us with her performance in the Ranjith Sankar movie 'Ramante Edanthottam' will next be seen in a pivotal role in Mammootty-starrer 'Oru Kuttanadan Blog'.
At the audio launch event of the movie held recently, the actress revealed how a fake news turned the fortunes in favour of her.
“Since my childhood days, I just wanted to get a glimpse of Mammootty, and now acting alongside him throughout this movie was sheer luck for me”, she said.
Adding to it, Anu said, “Before I signed this movie, I came across many Facebook posts and Youtube videos saying that I am Mammootty's next heroine. Seeing all those rumours lightly, I randomly messaged director Sethu asking him if these fake news will be made true. And last August 21 on my birthday, director Sethu asked me to ring up Mammootty. I called him, he wished me and as a birthday gift, Mammookka himself offered me this movie.”
Anu plays the role of Hema, a character which brings in a turning point in 'Oru Kuttanadan Blog'.
