Oru Mexican Aparatha

Oru Mexican Aparatha has been creating a lot of buzz mainly for it's power-packed star cast and its unique title.

Tovino Thomas has carved a niche for himself with the distinctive role he has grabbed over the time and when the trailer was unvelied, it was amusing to see Tovino in different get-ups. Interestingly, director Roopesh Peethambaran too grabbed eyeballs for his complete makeover.

Directed by Tom Emmatty, Oru Mexican Aparatha also stars Neeraj Madhav, Jino John, Gayathri Suresh, Sudheer Karamana, Kalabhavan Shajohn and Sudhi Kopa in important roles.

Of campus, comrades and camaraderie

Earlier, talking about the movie on his official Facebook page, Tovino said that if people are looking for a film that would tell the tale of a revolutionary stand and bloodshed, then they are completely wrong about it. In fact, he said that the movie is predominantly about friendships and love.

With some vibrant campus moments and romantic tracks, the film has definitely raised curiosity. Oru Mexican Aparatha is about a time when student politics was highly popular in Kerala campuses.

Meanwhile, as part of its promotion, the movie team has been visiting campuses across Kerala in vehicles bearing the movie's posters. The rally was flagged off at University College Campus, Trivandrum, by T.V. Rajesh M L A. The movie was released in 102 screens across Kerala on March 3, Friday.
