This is healthy and filling breakfast dish. Adding aval or flattened rice makes it fluffier and softer than traditional dosas. Check out the recipe.
Ingredients
1 cup raw rice
1 tsp fenugreek seeds
1 cup grated coconut
½ cup flattened rice
Salt as required
Preparation
Wash the raw rice and fenugreek
Soak them for at least 4 hours
Grind these along with other ingredients
Keep the batter aside for 7 hours for it to rise
Make soft dosa on greased dosa pan
Enjoy with sambar and chutney.
