Manorama News Conclave 2017 on Happiness, the first news conclave in the history of Kerala, is all set to begin Saturday. The conclave, which seeks answers on everything that Malayalis seek for happiness, will be inaugurated by chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan. Prominant public figures, respected in India as well as abroad, will share ideas and thoughts at the conclave.

Manorama News highlights the view that happiness should be the criterion to assess progress, at a time when development has come to be measured in terms of size. Manorama News Conclave is the first step towards that.

In the ten hours that follow the inauguration at Kochi Le Meredien Convention Center, important personalities will lead debates on how to find happiness for the people.

Ahead of the conclave, results of a survey done by Manorama News on the levels of happiness in Kerala will be released.
