Minister Veena George inaugurated a two-day conclave by Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM) in its efforts to further promote female participation in the founding companies.
In an exclusive interview with Onmanorama, Anoop Ambika says he is confident that startups in Kerala will weather cyclical challenges, be it the layoff spree or the impending funding winter.
The initiative 'unlocking space bank' is aimed at providing office space to startups after their incubation period.
Kerala is ranked eighth on the India Innovation Index, while Karnataka tops the list. The aim is to raise Kerala's position.
Expressing happiness, the CM said his govt was committed to making Kerala a knowledge and skill-based society and it was planning to nurture 15,000 startups by 2026.
