Santhosh Pandit Santhosh Pandit may not be a great actor, but he sure is a superstar. At least for the people of Govindapuram dalit colony near Kerala-Tamil Nadu border.
The self-proclaimed star, who was in Tamil Nadu for a shoot the other day, made a surprise visit to the colony, adopted it and offered financial aid to the residents. The actor has also promised to help find sponsors for the students of the colony.
After acting alongside megastar Mammootty in Malayalam, Pandit is now acting in a Tamil film. The remuneration from both these movies will be for the people of Govindapuram, he said.
