Aju had posted messages promoting the latest Jayasurya-starrer, 'Aadu 2'Though he had faced lashings on social media in the past for doing so, he never backed away. He had last posted messages on Facebook supporting the latest Jayasurya-starrer Aadu 2 in which Aju too had made a cameo appearance.
But a group, supposedly fans, had turned against the actor asking him to refrain from promoting other movies. Some users have even hurled abuses at Aju on his Facebook page.
The new genartion comedy star, finally took to Facebook to express his angst over this unhealthy trend that is seen on social media these days.
He wrote, “I have been observing this since Oppam. Whenever I promote a movie in which I had made a small appearance, be it Oppam, Villain and now Aadu 2, people start abusing me for that. Let it be.”
Recently, award winning actress Parvathy had been a target of scathing abuse on social media for criticizing the ‘misogynistic’ dialogues in Mammootty-starrer Kasaba.
