Young actor Ahaana Krishna is someone who takes her fitness regime seriously. The Njandukalude Nattil Oridavela actress says that her fitness mantra involves systematic workout plans in the gym and also following a healthy diet. “Mornings are usually busy with my sisters getting ready to school and college, so I start my routine in a rather relaxed way after all of them has gone. I try not to miss my gym sessions even if I have busy work schedules. I usually work out at the gym for at least an hour and half. I am very particular about what I eat at home. Our body gets toned only if we follow a healthy diet coupled with the work out sessions at the gym,” says Ahaana. The actress vows that the work out in gym will be pointless if a good and healthy diet plan is not followed regularly.
Diet
Ahaana is a self confessed foodie who loves to have a bowl of piping hot rice at any time of the day, but she says that she has replaced rice with healthier options like wheat puttu for lunch. She added that she eats all types of curries along with the wheat puttu and normally stick to salads and fruits for dinner. Ahaana says, “I am following a particular diet for the last two years. Earlier I would feel hungry soon after I had food, but once my body got used this regime my appetite became less. I usually eat smaller portions of food; of course I have my cheat days especially on some special occasions. Later if I find out that I had put on weight, then I will be running to the gym to shed those extra kilos.”

“It is easy for me to increase or decrease my body weight whenever I want to. If I eat rice for lunch and dinner for a week, then I would definitely put on weight and if I take care of my diet and undergo intense work out sessions at the gym, then body weight goes down,” says Ahaana. Like any youngster, Ahaana too enjoys to dine out with her friends. She says that it is exciting to find out the various eating joints around Thiruvananthapuram where she can enjoy some mouth watering delicacies and a great time with her friends.
