Alappuzha: An MBBS student of the Government Medical College here tried to commit suicide on Wednesday after he was ragged by some senior students.
The college authorities suspended two senior students after the first year student took the extreme step.
Manzoor, a third year student, and Akshay of second year have been suspended.
