Hriday Hazarika claimed the top honours after prevailing in a shoot-off.
Arjun Singh Cheema settled for a bronze in the same event and the Indian team took the silver.
The ISSF World Cup is slated to be held from March 15 to 26 at the Karni Singh Shooting Range in New Delhi.
