Warner said he was desperate to force his way back into the national side when his ball-tampering suspension ends next year.
There were reports that their relationship with the former captain has been strained in the aftermath of the trio's bans for ball-tampering.
Former captain Steve Smith and ex vice-captain Warner were both banned for 12 months for the ball-tampering incident during the Cape Town Test against South Africa.
Both Smith and Warner will be competing in the Bangladesh Premier League followed by the Indian Premier League in the coming year and the CEO said CA will keep a close eye on their forms in the T20 events.
Smith and Warner were banned for a year from international and state cricket for their involvement in a ball-tampering scandal and still have another six months to serve.

The 33-year-old won Cricket Australia's Allan Border medal for being the player of the year on Monday, completing an emotional turnaround after the ignominy of being suspended for ball tampering in 2018.
Warner, who led the Sunrisers to title win in 2016, takes over from New Zealand skipper Kane Williamson.
