Khan has accused Vijayan of keeping him uninformed about "crimes against the nation" occurring in Kerala, stating he would report this to the Centre and the President.

VS Sunil Kumar, the CPI candidate from Thrissur, echoed Viswam's concerns, stating that if the meeting did take place, it would be a serious matter.
