Jayasurya (L) Mohanlal (C) and SarithaActor Jayasurya’s wife and designer Saritha Jayasurya is on a roll. The number of A-listers who shop from Saritha, who has worked as a costume designer for films such as Su Su Sudhi Vaathmekam, Fukri and Pretham, can make any boutique owner green with envy.
Apparently, the latest to join Saritha’s clientele list is none other than Mollywood Superstar Mohanlal. A proud Jayasurya shared the incident through his Facebook post and wrote how Mohanlal called him up and asked if Saritha could design a Fukri-model kurti for him.
An excited Jayasurya and Saritha went to the actor’s house with a couple of kurtis. Mohanlal tried on a few and selected one. Before leaving, Saritha told Mohanlal that it was the biggest recognition that someone like her could ever get.
The Fukri actor also made sure that he posted a photo of Mohanlal in Saritha’s costume.
