Kalabhavan Mani's brother to don lead role in film on 'Theeta Rappai'Rappai, better known in Kerala as Theeta Rappai, is a foodie who had earned the moniker because of his stunning appetite and an uncanny capability for over-eating.
Now, a film is being made on him and the role of voracious eater will be essayed by the late actor Kalabhavan Mani's brother RLV Ramakrishnan.
Though the film is based on the over-eating food enthusiast, the story has been developed as a family entertainer, says Vinu Ramakrishnan who had since been working as associate director of ace filmmaker Vinayan.
Theeta Rappai is Vinu's first directorial venture, which is produced by KK Vikraman under the banner KBM Creations. While Vinu has written the story the film has been scripted by journalist CA Sajeevan.
The film will cast Tamil actors as well. Ajayan Vincent will wield the camera. The songs penned by Rafeeq Ahammed will be composed by Anwar Aman.
