Sridevi’s final moments similar to that of singer Whitney Houston's Sridevi and Whitney Houston bid adieu to this world when they were basking in the glory of their successful careers.

Veteran actress Sridevi passed away recently at a hotel room in Dubai, leaving family, friends and millions of her fans stunned. The Dubai police closed the case saying that the death of the Indian actress was due to accidental drowning in a bath tub filled with water following loss of consciousness.

Sridevi’s untimely demise has an uncanny similarity to the death of American singer and song producer Whitney Houston. Whitney was found dead in a bathtub filled with water at a hotel room in Los Angeles, just hours before the Grammy awards bash.

Whitney’s sudden demise had send shock waves across her countless fans around the world. The singer suffered massive cardiac arrest before losing consciousness and falling into the bath tub filled with water. Later, the autopsy reports confirmed that traces of alcohol and drugs were found in Whitney’s body.

Sridevi, India’s first lady super star had gone to Dubai to attend her husband Boney Kapoor’s nephew Mohit Marwah’s wedding. The actress was found dead in the bathtub at the hotel room on Saturday. Though there were reports that Sridevi had suffered massive cardiac arrest, traces of alcohol were found in the actress’s body.

Both Sridevi and Whitney Houston bid adieu to this world when they were basking in the glory of their successful careers.

They will always be remembered by their millions of fans for their talent and beauty.
