Kochi: 'Sunnath Kalyanam' starring Mamukkoya, Jayakrishnan, Sini Abraham and Sreeja Das is a simple and cute story that captures the audience attention from the beginning to the end by virtue of its aesthetic finesse.

Saiju Kurup is also part of the film as voice-over for the main character. The short film revolves around several incidents in a Muslim family during the traditional ritual of 'sunnath'.

Though the film offers no point in particular, it absorbs the viewers wholly unto itself by its naturalistic treatment of dialogues and acting, subtle humour and smooth narration.

The short movie, well complemented by brilliant music and background score composed by Vimal Nazar and Renish Basheer and excellent camera work by Santhosh Anima, makes for a delightful watch. The editing is done by Jeevan Sankar.

A love song titled 'Nilaavum Maanjkknu' written by Fouziya Aboobacker and sung by Rinu Razak is another highlight of the short film.

Shihab Sait, Sadhik Muhammed, Mayeenkutty, Thameem Muhammed, Yousuf Muhammed and Hansal K K have are the producers. Muzik247 is the official online partner.
