Malayalam director Lal Jose is kown for bringing in new faces to the industry. But seldom has he opened up about about his favourite stars.
While judging the show Nayika Nayakan in Mazhavil Manorama, Lal Jose, after watching a performance, called himself a fan of a participant.
Venkitesh aka Venki was seen performing the role of a woman grooving on the song 'Mukkala Mukabala' along with Ann Salim the round 'Avvai Shanmugi.'
Talking about the performance, Lal Jose said, “I thoroughly enjoyed the performance. Ann gave a perfect entry with her body language and expression. But I was really anxious about Venkitesh on how he will appear as a girl. But he just made us all laugh. I am now a fan of his. Just happy to see such a good performace.”
