Malappuram: The police have taken two more people into custody in relation with the murder of Bipin Das, an RSS worker, who was involved in the Faisal murder case.
A Special Investigation Team led by DySp M.P. Mohanachandran and V.A. Ullas arrested Sabinu and Siddique.
Tufail and Muhammed Anwar, allegedly involved in the conspiracy, were arrested two days after the incident.
Bipin Das' hacked body was found by the roadside at BP Junction in Tirur on August 24. Following Bipin's murder, the police had clamped prohibitory orders in the area. Bipin was out on bail when the attack happened.
Faizal was murdered on November 19 for allegedly converting to Islam while in the Middle East. After Faizal's murder, a few of his close relatives also embraced Islam.
After Faizal's killing, police had arrested 16 people, including his brother-in-law, in connection with the crime.
