Harikrishnan, who lives in Dubai, with his family.Abu Dhabi: The New Year has started with a bang for Keralite Harikrishnan V Nair, who landed a whopping Rs 20 crore (Dh120 lakh) by winning the Big Ticket raffle draw here.
The number, 086828, turned out to be the Keralite's ticket to the multi-millionaire club. Harikrishnan is living in Dubai but more details about the lucky chap were not immediate available. The other six winners walked away with Dh 4,50,000, Dh 1,00,000, Dh 90,000, Dh 80,000, Dh 70,000, Dh 60,000, and Dh 50,000.
Indians have been regularly winning prizes at the big ticket draw. Of the 16 times the draw was held, Indians have bagged the prize on 13 occasions.
Nishita Radhakrishna Pillai, from Parappanangadi in Malappuram, had won the Dh 10 million (approximately Rs 17,68,00,000) lottery in the Big Ticket raffle in April.
