The Nehru Trophy Boat Race (NTBR) is the only ticketed event of the lot.

PBC's Karichal Chundan won the trophy, edging out VBC’s Veeyapuram Chundan by 0.0005 seconds.
Veeyapuram Chundan of Village Boat Club, Kainakari, won second place.
Motivation sessions and de-stressing exercises are held on race day, too.
John Sebastian won a place on the Pallathuruthy Boat Club team through selection trials.
The races will begin at 11 am today.
