The Nehru Trophy Boat Race is scheduled for 11 am on September 28.

For the first time in the Nehru Trophy Boat Race's history, women rowers from the neighbouring Ernakulam district will also participate in the iconic event.
The event is scheduled for September 28.
From some iconic clubs as old as the boat race to new clubs and teams, 19 snake boats will be participating in the race this year.
The camps get active at 6 am every day.
Earlier, the government had cancelled this year's Champion's Boat League after the Wayanad landslides.
The organisers and the boat clubs had spent hefty amounts for the preparations of the boat race that was originally scheduled to be held on August 10.
The decision was taken after a meeting with Alappuzha district collector.
