The disgraced MLA is yet to respond to the party directive to give a 'convincing explanation' on the charges levelled against him by a teacher, the time for which ends today.
Taking a dig at the Congress party, he said it was difficult to fathom why they had not taken any action against the MLA despite facing charges of rape and attempt to murder.
