Earlier, the court rapped the government for its 'callous' attitude in swiftly carrying out the revenue recovery proceedings to recover the hartal damage of Rs 5.20 crore.
The government had on November 7 told the court that a loss of Rs 86 lakh was incurred due to the damage to property during the violence in PFI's hartal in September.
The NIA court has increased by three days the remand period of those who were nabbed during last September's nation-wide raid.
The NIA also told the court that it has evidence of IS links between the leaders. The disclosure was part of its request to the court to extend the remand period of the arrested PFI state leaders.
A large number of KSRTC buses came under attack that day from hartal supporters and other public property was also damaged, causing huge losses.
The NIA, in its report filed against him, claimed the PFI had planned to murder many prominent figures in the state and that the shreds of evidence collected during the raids are proof of the conspiracy.
The PFI had called for a dawn-to-dusk hartal in the State last month, following the arrest of its leaders by the NIA. The organisation has been banned by the Ministry of Home Affaires under the UAPA.
The cases include murder, attempted murder and break-in.
