The young filmmaker says he can make films for his entire life with the stories in his village alone.
Choosing to depart from the norm of celebrities releasing the trailers, the team chose to make fans and audiences into celebrities and had them unveil the trailer by 'Twitter Unlock'.

Arun Matheswaran, who worked as an assistant director to Thiagarajan Kumararaja in the critically-acclaimed 'Aranya Kaandam', also worked with director Sudha Kongara in 'Irudhi Suttru' ('Saala Khadoos' in Hindi) as its dialogue writer.
Dhanush had won a National Award for the same film earlier this year.
The film, starring Akshay Kumar, Dhanush and Sara Ali Khan, will release on December 24.
Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu presented the awards to those who won this year.
