Thiruvananthapuram: Banking services of the State Bank of India (SBI) will be hit on four days ( May 6, 13, 20 and 27) to enable data sharing following the merger SBI-State Bank of Travancore (SBT) merger.
ATM and internet and mobile banking services will not be available from 11.30 pm to 6 am the next day. Bank transactions will not be affected, a statement from the bank said.
In the merger of associate banks with SBI, the SBT-SBI merger happened first. Officials said the merger was successful and all ATMs and branches of both the banks were running on a single chain network now.
Complaints were received in banks regarding mobile banking and the teams concerned were on it, a release said.
