Khan said he is surprised that people are attaching more importance to the opinion of a foreign documentary maker, 'that too our colonial masters', than the verdict of the highest court of the land.
While he found it fair to question the purpose of a foreign organisation releasing the documentary now, the Thiruvananthapuram MP said he was, however, against the Centre's decision to censor it.

Set in Delhi, the documentary follows two siblings, Mohammad Saud and Nadeem Shehzad, who have devoted their lives to rescuing and treating injured birds, especially black kites.
