The second session of the Joint Entrance Examination–Main that was scheduled to start on 21 July will commence from 24 July. The hall tickets bearing the revised dates would be available within two days.
The first session of JEE Main was conducted by the National Testing Agency last month between the 24th and 30th. Around 7.69 lakh candidates appeared for the examination.
The minimum marks to qualify is 75% for the general category and 65% for SC/SC/PWD category candidates.

The admit cards of candidates who have applied for the Kerala engineering and pharmacy entrance tests could be downloaded from the website of the Commissioner of Entrance Examinations. The tests are scheduled on July 4.
The applicants should have studied Maths, Physics, Chemistry, one language and a fifth subject in Class 12.
The revamped fee structure recommended by Justice BN Srikrishna Commission was first approved by the executive committee of the All India Council of Technical Education.
AICTE has instructed specific institutions to keep aside at least two seats for the gifted students. Those who are selected to these seats need not pay any tuition fee. However, they have to pay other fees, if there are any.
