Police suspect she fell from a running train accidentally.
The regulations have been made owing to track maintenance at various locations under the Thiruvananthapuram division.
From January 2023 to October 2023, the division recorded 614 cases of chain pulling.
As per the official version, the services have been cancelled given the non-interlocking work in Mathura Junction station of Agra Division and as advised by North Central Railway authorities.
The works are happening in Telangana.
The Thiruvananthapuram Central – Kozhikode Jan Shatabdi Express (train no: 12076) will be provided with one additional chair car coach from December 29 to 15.
Coated in orange-grey colour, the non-AC train will have 22 coaches with 12 second-class three-tier sleeper cars and eight general second-class coaches, besides two guard compartments, each having space for ladies and differently-abled passengers.
The Coimbatore Junction – Mangaluru Central Intercity Superfast Express (train no: 22610) operating on December 23 and 24 will be provided with one additional chair car coach.
