S Somanath's book 'Nilavu Kudicha Simhangal' reportedly has some critical remaks on his predecessor K Sivan.
In his autobiography titled Nilaavu Kudicha Simhamgal, Somanath alleges that the Chandrayaan 2 mission failed as it was launched in a hurry without conducting the necessary tests.
