Ira Khan is all set to have a traditional Maharashtrian wedding ceremony on January 8.
The marriage ceremony was quite unconventional with Nupur choosing to wear a vest for his wedding.
On the wedding day, Nupur Shikhare made a unique entrance, navigating heavy traffic in a vest and shorts, followed by the paparazzi.
Aamir Khan's ex-wives Reena Dutta and Kiran Rao attended the event.
Ira is Aamir’s daughter from his first wife Reena Dutta, who served as an executive producer on Aamir's first production 'Lagaan'.
Vishnu revealed that the Tamil superstar helped them with travel arrangements.
Tamil actor Vishnu Vishal, who was also stranded at his house, shared two pictures from the rescue which show him and Aamir on a boat with people from the rescue department around them.
According to reports, Aamir Khan, who shares a close relationship with his 89-year-old mother Zeenat Hussain, is currently by her side in Chennai.
For the occasion, Ira wore a pink lehariya saree with a traditional Maharashtrian-style nose ring. Nupur opted for a kurta and black denims.
