In 'Sketch Artist II,' the plot revolves around a serial rapist sparing a blind victim, Emmy, who later collaborates with a police sketch artist.
As per reports, the film grossed Rs 2.8 crore on the opening day.
Mohanlal steps into the shoes of advocate Vijayamohan, a public prosecutor standing by the side of the victim Sara (Anaswara Rajan) and her family.
Vijayakumar added that ‘Neru’ is expected to do good business, but the exhibitors can only determine if the film requires more screens once the film releases.
The petitioner – scriptwriter Deepak Unni-- alleged that Jeethu Joseph and Neru co-scriptwriter Shanti Mayadevi forcibly bought a copy (49 pages) of his story three years ago.
According to Mohanlal, the success of his movies is a result of collective efforts rather than solely his contribution.
