The case was filed by former employees who were alleged to have committed financial fraud.
Diya said she never imagined such deception from people they trusted completely.
Taking to social media, Ahaana shared a video that her mother Sindhu Krishna had originally released on her YouTube channel.
Diya now faces charges of extortion and abduction after she had accused her staff of cheating and fraud.
The women admitted that their personal bank accounts were used for business transactions, but claimed it was done as per Diya's request
Diya, who is currently eight months pregnant, explained that the fraud had been going on for nearly eight months.
They allegedly began diverting customer payments from July 2024 by replacing the firm's official QR code with their personal GPay QR codes.
Diya looked radiant wearing a bottle green saree. She along with her husband Aswin and sisters entertained the guests with amazing dance performances.
