No sooner the filmmaker posted this message than a bunch of his curious followers on social media began a debate about the real identity of the ‘birthday person’. But all those guessing and speculations were put to rest when Priyadarshan’s daughter Kalyani took to Instagram to post a beautiful picture in which the young actress was seen with her mother and yesteryear diva Lissy.
She even posted a lovely message along with the picture wishing Lissy on her birthday. Kalyani wrote, “Happy birthday to the only mom who still looks like she did in her first film! (She is always mistaken for my sister!) Happy birthday, amma! Love you.”
Priyadarshan’s fans apparently let out a sigh of relief after seeing Kalyani’s Instagram post as they got to know whom the filmmaker had wished on her birthday.
Priyadarshan and Lissy parted ways in 2014 after twenty-four years of married life.
