This is how Bollywood celebs are getting themselves busy on the World Environment Day. They have come together for a drive against plastic .

Celebrities, including Alia Bhatt, Arjun Kapoor, Juhi Chawla and Aditi Rao, have shared their photos on social media platform Twitter with the hashtag 'BeatPlasticPollution' highlighting the ill-effects of plastic.

The challenge campaign was initiated by by UN Environment Goodwill Ambassador and Bollywood actress Dia Mirza.

Mirza recently posted a picture in which a large number of plastic bottles were seen scattered in an open area. She captioned, “All those contesting Maharashtra Government’s ban on #singleuseplastics I want to ask you, WHY? How can you NOT see the damage it’s doing? Shouldn’t you be responsible for the waste you generate? We are drowning in plastics. Our health, water, soil, seas, nothing is spared.”

Recently, several celebrities took up the fitness challenge posed by Union minister Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore.
