Police said they faced difficulties in managing the huge crowd gathered to have a glimpse of the actress, who arrived here for inaugurating the mobile store at MG Road.
Photo by Robert VinodThey were booked under IPC sections 283 (obstruction in public way) and 34 (acts done by several persons in furtherance of common intention), police said.
The actress was visibly dumbfounded by the unprecedented display of appreciation and affection by the hundreds of people who flocked the city to catch a glimpse of the diva.
Photo by Robert VinodThe actress was in the city for the launch of a retail store in MG Road. This is the actress' second visit to Kerala. She had earlier visited the state as a performer for Vanitha Film Awards.
