Thiruvananthapuram: A National Democratic Alliance (NDA) team headed by Kummanam Rajashekharan will visit the Kurinji National Park on Monday.
The visit is in the light of the Kerala government's move to redraw the boundaries of the sanctuary.
NDA convener Thushar Vellapally, alliance leaders PC Thomas, C K Janu, Adv. Rajan Babu, KR Ponnappan, Mehabub, Kuruvila Mathews, Rajendran are on the team.
The team will submit a report to the Union Ministry of Environment and Forests after the visit.
Earlier, the BJP state president had given a complaint to Union minister Harsh Vardhan urging him to deny permission to redraw the boundaries.
