The Supreme Court dismissed Kerala Public Service Commission’s argument that extending the validity of the rank lists that have already been expired, comes under their jurisdiction and that the courts and the tribunals cannot interfere in it
In-depth study of the topics is required as it is a graduate-level exam. The candidates could answer the questions that are in statement forms only if they study the topics in detail.
The news of her topping the KAS exam reached Malini while she was attending the UPSC Civil Services Toppers Meet, held online by Manorama Horizon, on Friday. Her parents passed on the information.
PSC Chairman MK Sakeer announced the results a short while ago. In all, 3190 candidates had qualified to appear for the main examination held in November 22, 2020.
The main test for field workers post which was scheduled to be held on December 11, will now be held on December 10.
The exams will be conducted on October 23 and 30 respectively.
While applying for posts that require experience certificates, the meeting decided that it would be sufficient to upload the statement in the prescribed format instead of the certificate.
Not even 10 per cent of eligible candidates have been appointed from several rank lists, which would expire within two months.
The new dates will be announced later.
The Kerala Public Service Commission (PSC) has decided to conduct tests for appointments to five posts in online mode.
