Pranav Mohanlal seems to be following the path of his actor father Mohanlal in dedication and valor from the outset.
His act of performing dangerous stunts for his debut film Aadi, directed by Jeethu Joseph, is now gaining wide attention.
The director says the film is far removed from usual action thrillers. Those who expect action sequences similar to those in Hindi and Tamil films will be disappointed. Realistic fight scenes will be the uniqueness of the film. The scenes were enacted by Pranav himself, the director said.
Pranav is said to have refused a body double, who was arranged from France, Jeethu said in an interview to a national newspaper and praised the young actor's determination and courage.
Aadi is produced by Antony Perumbavoor under the banner Aashirvad Cinemas. The film will release next month and its first look poster is already out.
