Varun and Vithika reportedly decided not to rush for a marriage as both want to concentrate on their careers.
Earlier, Varun Sandesh had been linked with the actress Shraddha Das.
Vithika Sheru, who has acted in Tamil, Telugu and Kannada language films is best known for her performance in Prema Ishq Kaadhal.
